Ceftiofur 5% supension

INJECTABLE ANTIBIOTIC

CEFTIOFUR is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative germs. Inhibits the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall thus it is bactericide.

INDICATIONS

- Treatment of respiratory bacterial infections, caused by:
Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis.

- Treatment of septicemia, polyarthritis or polyserositis associated to Streptococcus suis infecciones..

INDICATIONS: CATTLE AND SWINE

ADMINISTRATION: INTRAMUSCULAR ROUTE.

The recommended dosage is 5 mg ceftiofur/kg b.w. (equivalent to 1 ml C-MAX every 10 kg b.w.) administered in a single dosage by intramuscular route in the neck.

For a correct dosage the weight of the animal must be accurately determined.

C-MAX has ZERO withdrawal time for dairy cattle
